Beginners Pilates

We believe that Pilates instruction should be inclusive and available for individuals at all levels and abilities.   Small semi-private classes and private instruction teaching the fundamentals of Pilates is offered.  Classes prepare individuals to develop the understanding and confidence to join classes.  Class duration is 50 minutes.

Pilates Reformer Class - Intermediate

Small group instruction offered as semi-private (3 person) or duet (2 person) are available using traditional Pilates reformer and tower equipment.  Class duration is 50 minutes.

Morning Intention and Sun Salutation Group Practice

Sun Salutation Morning Yoga class is a refreshing 30-minute practice designed to wake up the body and mind. Focusing on a series of dynamic, flowing movements known as “Surya Namaskar,” this class links breath with movement to energize and stretch the entire body. The Sun Salutation sequence includes standing poses, gentle backbends, and forward folds, promoting flexibility, strength, and balance. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this class offers a revitalizing start to your day, leaving you feeling centered, energized, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
